PUMPKIN KOOTU;
Pumpkin
kootu is one of the yummiest and tastiest recipes of south India especially Tamilnadu.
It’s sweetness impresses even kids. Lived in a village I have witnessed this particular
recipe from Thaipoosam festival. The festival is incomplete without this kootu.
The aroma will fill your house. Do check out the recipe below and leave your
feedback in the comment section.
