MULTI MILLET FLOUR:
Multi
millet flour is healthy replacement of our regular wheat flour. This will be
very filling and many recipes can be done using the same flour. The bonus is it
is gluten free. Good for healthy weight loss , good for improving HB levels and

INGREDIENTS ;
Ø Foxtail
millet(Thinai) – 1 cup
Ø Barnyard
millet (kuthiraivali) – 1cup
Ø Red
rice or Brown rice – 1 cup
Ø Finger
millet(ragi) – 1cup
Ø Green
gram ( pachai payaru) – 1 cup
Ø Black
urad dhal (whole) – 1cup
Ø Bamboo
rice (moongil arisi) – 1 cup
Ø Bridegroom’s
rice (mappillai samba )- 1 cup
Ø Whole
wheat – 1 cup
Ø Barely
– ¼ cup
Ø Pepper
– ¼ cup
Ø Cumin
– ¼ cup
Ø Cinnamon
– 2
METHOD:
§ Mixed
together Sun dry all the ingredients for about 12 hours
§ Dry
roast them in an iron kadai
§ Let
it cool down
§ Grind in mill
§ Prepare chapathi,dosa, adai or idli of your choice
NOTE:
This will approximately weigh
2 – 2.5kg
